How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs? We make it easy for you!
The following applies to deliveries to Germany and Austria:
- Up to €39.99 → only €4.99 shipping costs
- From €40 → you save, just shipping €2,99
- From €60 → Free shipping – we deliver to your home free of charge!
How long does shipping take?
We will ship your order within 1-2 working days to Austria and Germany. As a rule, your package is then with you in 3-5 working days. You get one Tracking, so you always know where your order is.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can easily pay with us using all common Shopify payment methods, including credit card, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer PayPal as an additional option. This means you can choose the payment method that suits you best.
Is it possible to collect from a branch?
Unfortunately, collection from the branch is currently not possible. But don't worry - we're already working on offering this service soon. Please check back from time to time for the latest updates. We look forward to welcoming you personally to a branch at any time!
