👨‍🍳 Preparation & consumption recommendations

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add the seasoning paste, fry for 30 seconds.
2. Add 450g meat (or tofu) and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add 440 ml coconut milk, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Cook uncovered, stirring, for another 20 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce has reduced.

🥘 Beef rendang with jasmine rice

Preparation:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and briefly fry 1 pack of AHG Rendang Paste.
  2. Add 450 g beef cubes and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add 440 ml coconut milk, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Cook uncovered for another 20 minutes until the sauce has reduced and the meat is tender.
  5. Serve with jasmine rice and fried broccoli.

🌱 Vegan Rendang with tofu and sweet potato

Preparation:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil, fry 1 pack of rendang paste.
  2. Add 300 g tofu cubes and 200 g sweet potato cubes and fry lightly.
  3. Add 400 ml coconut milk and simmer for 25 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
