🍜 Authentic Singapore Laksa
Preparation:
- Fry 1 bag of AHG Laksa Paste in 1 tbsp oil.
- Add 400 ml coconut milk and 250 ml water and bring to the boil.
- Cook rice noodles and put them in a bowl.
- Pour the hot laksa broth over it and garnish with boiled shrimp, chicken strips, egg and bean sprouts.
- Serve with lime and coriander.
🥬 Vegetable laksa with tofu
Preparation:
- Fry the paste as described above, add coconut milk & water.
- Cook tofu cubes, bok choy, mushrooms and carrots in the broth.
- Arrange with rice noodles in a large bowl and serve hot.
