The mild, aromatic seasoning paste contains carefully selected ingredients such as lemongrass, shallots, garlic, coriander and ginger - refined with shrimp paste, cumin and mustard. Ideal for meat, fish or vegetarian dishes. The paste creates a tasty, mild curry with the typical note of turmeric.

3. Stir in the remaining coconut milk and vegetables, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
4. Season with fish sauce to taste.
