The AHG Vietnam Chicken Curry Paste (50g) is an authentic Vietnamese seasoning paste with an aromatic, mildly spicy note. It is based on a fine mixture of onions, lemongrass, chili, garlic and miso paste and is ideal for preparing Asian curries, especially the classic Vietnamese chicken curry.

👨🍳 Preparation & consumption recommendations
1. Heat oil in a pan and add the paste.
2. Fry for 30 seconds, then add chicken and fry for 2 minutes.
3. Fill with coconut milk and vegetables, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Serve hot with rice or baguette.
