Ingredients:
- 300g AYUKO Udon
- 800 ml dashi broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp mirin
- Spring onions, cut into rings
- Tofu or tempura as a topping
Preparation:
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Heat the dashi broth and season with soy sauce and mirin.
- Place the cooked udon in a bowl and pour the hot broth over them.
- Serve with spring onions and tofu or tempura.
🍜 Fried udon with vegetables and soy sauce
Ingredients:
- 300g AYUKO Udon
- 1 carrot, cut into thin strips
- 1 pepper, cut into strips
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Preparation:
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the vegetables in it.
