What is white sesame oil?
White sesame oil is pressed from light, unpeeled and roasted sesame seeds. It is characterized by a mild, nutty taste and is particularly popular in Japanese, Chinese and Korean cuisine. Compared to dark sesame oil, it has a finer taste and is therefore ideal for cold dishes and dressings.

Preparation:
