Preparation:
- Fry 2 tablespoons of massaman curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
- Add 400 ml coconut milk and bring to the boil.
- Add 250 g beef cubes, 2 potatoes (diced) and 50 g roasted peanuts.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes until the meat is tender.
- Serve with jasmine rice.

Preparation:
- Fry 2 tablespoons of curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
- Add 400 ml coconut milk, 200 g diced tofu, carrots and baby corn.
