- For the dressing: Mix 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp rice vinegar, ½ tsp sugar, a little chili oil and roasted sesame seeds.
- Mix everything well and serve chilled.

Preparation:
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
- Fry vegetables of your choice (e.g. peppers, broccoli, zucchini) in sesame oil.
- Add black beans and fry briefly.
- Season with soy sauce, a little ginger and garlic. Arrange on top of the rice.
