🥘 Green Thai curry with chicken & coconut milk
Preparation:
- Fry 2 tablespoons of green curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
- Add 400 ml coconut milk and mix well.
- Cut 300 g chicken breast into strips, add and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add vegetables of your choice (e.g. peppers, zucchini, eggplant) and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with jasmine rice.
🌱 Green vegetable curry with tofu
Preparation:
- Dice the tofu and fry in a pan, set aside.
- Fry 2 tablespoons of green curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
- Add 400 ml coconut milk and chopped vegetables (e.g. broccoli, snow peas, carrots).
- Simmer for 10 minutes, add the tofu again and cook briefly.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
