🥄 Matcha latte with oat milk
Preparation:
- Put 1-2 teaspoons of matcha powder in a cup.
- Mix with 50 ml hot water (not boiling).
- Add 150 ml warm, frothed oat milk and stir.
- Refine with cinnamon or vanilla as desired.
🍰 Matcha tiramisu
Preparation:
- Mix 1 tablespoon of matcha powder with 100 ml of hot water and allow to cool.
- Beat mascarpone with sugar and vanilla until creamy.
- Soak the ladyfingers in matcha, layer them and cover with the cream.
- Form several layers, chill and dust with matcha.
🍨 Matcha ice cream
Preparation:
- Mix cream with sweetened condensed milk.
