Preparation:

  1. Mix 150 g sliced kimchi with a little kimchi liquid, 1 egg, 100 g flour and 100 ml water.
  2. Optionally add finely chopped spring onions.
  3. Fry until crispy in a pan with a little oil over medium heat.
  4. Serve with soy sauce dip.
