LGM Preserved Bean Curd Chilli 260G is an intense, spicy experience from Chinese cuisine. This fermented tofu is made from soybeans (48%) in an aromatic soybean oil (25%) with a touch of wine (3%) and seasoned with chili (1%) and Sichuan pepper. The taste is sharp, piquant and has a slightly narcotic note that is typical of Sichuan cuisine. Ideal as a seasoning, dip or side dish for rice, pasta or meat dishes.
