🍰 Matcha Oreo Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 150 g OREO matcha cookies (crushed)
- 50g melted butter
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Preparation:
- Mix the crushed OREO Matcha cookies with melted butter and press them into the base of a springform pan.
- Mix cream cheese, cream, sugar and matcha powder until you get a smooth cream.
- Pour the cream onto the biscuit base and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with additional OREO matcha cookies or matcha powder and enjoy!
