OTAFUKU Sushi Su 500ML is a finely tuned sushi vinegar preparation from Japan that gives sushi rice, salads and marinades their typical, slightly sweet and sour taste. The combination of rice vinegar, sugar and salt creates a harmonious umami note that harmonizes perfectly with rice and vegetables. 🍚 Season sushi rice perfectly

Preparation:

  1. Cook 300 g sushi rice according to instructions.
  2. Place the rice in a large bowl and stir in about 3 tablespoons of OTAFUKU Sushi Su.
  3. Mix gently with a wooden spatula, fanning the rice to cool it.
  4. Use as a base for nigiri, maki or poké bowls.

🥒 Japanese cucumber salad (Sunomono)

Preparation:

  1. Cut 1 cucumber into thin slices and lightly salt it, let it sit for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. Mix 3 tbsp OTAFUKU Sushi Su, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil.
  3. Mix with the cucumber slices and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and seaweed flakes.

🥗 Light Asian dressing

Preparation:

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons OTAFUKU Sushi Su, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 teaspoon honey.
  2. Ideal for mixed salads, bowls or as a dip for spring rolls.
