🥣 Miso soup with wakame and tofu

Preparation:

  1. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of dashi powder in 500 ml of water and bring to the boil.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of soaked wakame and diced tofu.
  3. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of light miso paste in a little hot broth and stir in.
  4. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.

🥗 Asian cucumber salad with wakame

Preparation:

  1. Slice 1/2 cucumber into thin slices, season lightly with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Soak wakame for 5-10 minutes and drain.
  3. Mix 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and 1 teaspoon sugar.
  4. Mix the cucumber and wakame with the dressing and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
