Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp PANTAI Yellow Curry Paste
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 250 g chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
Preparation:
- Sweat the paste in a pan with a little oil.
- Add the chicken pieces and fry.
- Add coconut milk, potatoes and carrots.
- Add fish sauce and sugar and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice and enjoy.
🌱 Vegetarian Thai curry with tofu
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp PANTAI Yellow Curry Paste
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 200 g tofu, diced
- 1 broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Preparation:
- Sweat the paste in a pan with a little oil.
- Add the tofu and fry lightly.
- Add coconut milk, broccoli and peppers.
- Add soy sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice or rice noodles.
