🍛 Japanese curry with chicken and potatoes

Preparation:

  1. Cut 300 g chicken breast into pieces and fry with a little oil.
  2. Add 2 diced potatoes and 1 diced carrot and fry briefly.
  3. Add 500 ml water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add 2 pieces of curry block and dissolve while stirring.
  5. Simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve with rice and garnish with spring onions if desired.

🥕 Vegetarian curry with sweet potatoes and chickpeas

Preparation:

  1. Fry 1 diced sweet potato and 1 diced zucchini in a pot with oil.
  2. Drain 1 can of chickpeas, add and pour in 500 ml of vegetable stock.
  3. Simmer for about 10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Stir in 2 blocks of curry until the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve with fresh coriander and basmati rice.
