Preparation:

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package.
  2. Fry tofu, shrimp or chicken in a pan.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons fish sauce, 1 tablespoon tamarind paste, 1 teaspoon sugar and a little lime juice.
  4. Stir in the pasta and mix with the egg and spring onions.
  5. Garnish with peanuts and cilantro.

Preparation:

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of fish sauce with the juice of 1 lime.
  2. Add 1 tsp sugar, finely chopped garlic and red chilies.
