Mix 1 packet of paste with 110 ml water, milk or coconut milk, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
