Preparation:
- Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat and spread a layer of sushi rice on top.
- Turn over so that the rice is on the bottom and place the filling (e.g. surimi, avocado, cucumber) on the nori.
- Pour ALLGROO Sushi Mayo over the filling.
- Roll, cut into pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
🥪 Japanese egg sandwich with sushi mayo (Tamago Sando)
Preparation:
- Boil 6 eggs hard, peel them and chop them finely.
- Mix with 2-3 tbsp ALLGROO Sushi Mayo and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture between two slices of soft toast.
