👩🍳 Recipe ideas
🍲 Thai green curry with vegetables and tofu
Preparation:
- Fry 1 tablespoon of green curry paste in a pan with a little oil.
- Add 400 ml AROY-D coconut milk and bring to the boil.
- Add chopped vegetables (e.g. peppers, zucchini, eggplant) and diced tofu.
- Season with soy sauce and lime juice and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with rice.
🍨 Vegan mango coconut dessert with chia seeds
Preparation:
- Mix 200 ml AROY-D coconut milk with 3 tablespoons chia seeds and 1 tablespoon maple syrup.
- Let it soak in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
