Preparation:
- Fry onions, garlic and ginger in oil.
- Add cumin, turmeric and chili and roast briefly.
- Add tomatoes and chickpeas and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Season with salt and serve with fresh coriander.
🌶️ Mexican chili con carne with cumin
Ingredients: Ground beef, kidney beans, corn, tomatoes, peppers, onions, ASLI cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, pepper.
Preparation:
- Fry minced meat with onions.
- Add paprika and spices (including cumin).
- Add beans, corn and tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve with bread or rice.
