🥄 Braised beef with vegetables

Preparation:

  1. Dice 1 kg of beef and fry it in a pot.
  2. Add onions, carrots, celery and garlic and fry.
  3. Deglaze with red wine and broth, add spices including BAIWEIZHAI white pepper.
  4. Cover and let simmer over low heat for 2 hours.
  5. Serve with fresh parsley.

🍲 Spicy lamb stew

Preparation:

  1. Cut 600 g lamb into cubes and fry.
  2. Add onions, peppers, tomatoes and potatoes.
  3. Pour in water and broth, stir in BAIWEIZHAI white pepper and other spices.
  4. Simmer over medium heat for 90 minutes.
  5. Serve with pita bread or rice.
