🥢 Fried tofu with vegetables and soy sauce

Preparation:

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes, pat dry and marinate with soy sauce, garlic and a little sesame oil.
  2. Fry vegetables of your choice (e.g. peppers, broccoli, zucchini) in a pan with oil.
  3. Add marinated tofu and fry until crispy all over.
  4. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.

🍛 Tofu curry with coconut milk

Preparation:

  1. Cut tofu into cubes and fry in a pan.
  2. Fry onion, garlic, ginger and mix with curry paste.
  3. Add vegetables (e.g. carrots, peas, peppers), deglaze with coconut milk and let simmer.
  4. Mix in the tofu and serve with rice.
