  3. Optionally add a beaten egg to the soup and let it set while stirring.

🍤 Crispy tempura batter

Preparation:

  1. Mix 100 g CHI SHENG potato starch, 50 g wheat flour and 150 ml ice-cold water into a smooth dough.
  2. Dip vegetable or shrimp pieces in it.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
  4. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with dips.
