🥩 Bulgogi marinade with corn syrup
Preparation:
- Cut 400g beef into thin slices.
- Mix 2 tbsp CJW corn syrup, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 garlic cloves (chopped), 1 tbsp grated pear and 1 tsp toasted sesame.
- Let the meat sit in the marinade for 30 minutes and then fry in the pan.
🍯 Korean Yakgwa (honey pastry)
Preparation:
- Make dough from flour, sesame oil and CJW corn syrup.
- Cut into small shapes and deep fry.
- Then soak in a syrup made from CJW corn syrup, cinnamon and ginger.
