📖 More about the product
What are dried chili peppers?
Dried chili peppers are one of the oldest ways to preserve hot peppers. Drying concentrates their aroma - especially in thin-walled varieties like those of COCK BRAND – and develops a spicy spiciness with subtle citrus notes.
Why are COCK BRAND chili peppers so popular?
COCK BRAND stands for authentic Asian quality and is best known for Thai cuisine. These dried chilies come from Thailand and are traditionally sun-dried. Their medium spiciness and characteristic aroma make them the ideal ingredient for a wide variety of dishes.
Possible uses
The COCK BRAND chili peppers are ideal for flavoring oil, as a base for marinades, in wok dishes, soups, curries or sauces. They can be cooked whole or roasted in advance to intensify the aroma.
