Preparation:

  1. Mix 100 g glutinous rice flour with 75 ml water and 30 g sugar.
  2. Heat in a microwave-safe bowl at 600W for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove, stir, heat again for 1 minute.
  4. Put some cornstarch on a work surface, roll out the dough and divide it into portions.
  5. Fill with sweet bean paste or fruit if desired.
