EAGLOBE Agar Agar 42G is a vegetable gelling agent made from 100% sea algae. Ideal for vegan and vegetarian recipes, it is ideal for thickening desserts, jellies, jams or other sweet dishes. Agar Agar contains almost no fat, is high in fiber and is a healthy substitute for animal gelatin.

🍽️ Serving suggestion

Stir 1 teaspoon of agar agar into 250 ml of liquid, bring to the boil and simmer for about 2 minutes. Then use it for desserts, jellies or puddings.
