🍗 Marinated chicken thighs with garlic and chinkiang vinegar
Preparation:
- Rub 4 chicken thighs with a marinade made from 3 tablespoons Chinkiang vinegar, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 crushed garlic cloves and 1 teaspoon sugar.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (better overnight).
- Cook in the oven at 200 °C for about 35 minutes or roast on the grill.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
