Preparation:
- Fry 2 cups of yesterday's cooked jasmine rice in a little oil.
- Add 1 chopped garlic clove and mixed vegetables (e.g. carrots, broccoli, peppers) and fry briefly.
- Add 2-3 tbsp HEALTHY BOY dark soy sauce and mix well.
- Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds and serve hot.

Preparation:
- Let the tofu cubes steep in a marinade made from 3 tablespoons of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of honey and garlic for 30 minutes.
