Preparation:
- Heat 500 ml of water, stir 1 tablespoon of HIKARI Red Miso in a small bowl with a little hot water until smooth.
- Add the dissolved miso paste to the hot water (do not let it boil!).
- Add cubes of silken tofu and soaked wakame seaweed.
- Sprinkle with spring onions and serve immediately.
🍜 Ramen with red miso, fried vegetables and egg
Preparation:
- Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Fry vegetables (e.g. pak choy, carrots, shiitake) in sesame oil.
- Heat 500 ml of broth and dissolve 1.5 tablespoons of red miso in it.
- Place vegetables, noodles and a soft-boiled egg in a bowl and pour the broth over them.
- Garnish with sesame seeds, nori sheets or spring onions if desired.
