🥢 Fried noodles with vegetables and chicken
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast into strips and let it marinate in a marinade made from 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil and 1 teaspoon of sugar for 15 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
- Fry vegetables (e.g. peppers, carrots, onions) in a pan with a little oil.
- Add marinated chicken and fry until cooked through.
- Add the noodles, season with more soy sauce and fry briefly.
🥡 Marinated tofu skewers with sesame
Preparation:
- Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with a marinade made from 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of ginger and 1 teaspoon of garlic (at least 30 minutes).
- Place tofu cubes on wooden skewers and fry in a pan or on the grill.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions and serve.
