🥢 Char Siu BBQ Pork
Preparation:
- Cut 500g pork into thick strips.
- Mix 100g LOBO seasoning paste with 50ml water.
- Marinate the meat in it and let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours (better overnight).
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for around 30 minutes or grill on the grill over medium heat for around 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice, pak choy and sesame.
🥘 Asian pork stir-fry
Preparation:
- Cut 300g pork into thin strips.
- Marinate with 2 tablespoons of LOBO seasoning paste (shortly or overnight).
- Fry meat in hot oil.
- Add vegetables such as peppers, broccoli and carrots and fry briefly.
