MARUTOMO Dashi, Konbu & Katsuo seasonings is an authentic Japanese broth base with an intense umami flavor, derived from kombu seaweed and dried bonito fish. 🍲 Classic miso soup with tofu and wakame
Preparation:
- Bring 500 ml of water to the boil with 2 tablespoons of MARUTOMO Dashi.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon miso paste.
- 100 g diced tofu and add 1 teaspoon dried wakame seaweed.
- Simmer gently for 2 minutes and serve hot.
🍜 Ramen with egg, vegetables and pork belly
Preparation:
- Bring 1 liter of water to the boil with 4 tablespoons of MARUTOMO Dashi.
- Prepare ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Halve 1 boiled egg, garnish with blanched bok choy, corn, bamboo shoots and fried pork belly.
- Pour the hot broth over everything and serve.
