🥦 Vegetable stew without water
Preparation:
- Cut vegetables (e.g. broccoli, carrots, zucchini) into small pieces and add them to the Vesta Pot.
- Cover the pot with a lid and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
- Season with herbs, salt and a little olive oil – done!
🍲 Slowly braised lentil stew
Preparation:
- Add red lentils, tomatoes, onions and spices to the pot.
- Close the lid and let simmer at a low temperature for about 30 minutes.
- If necessary, add a little broth or water, stir and serve hot.
🍳 Deep fried tofu at low temperature
Preparation:
- Roll tofu cubes in a little cornstarch.
- Add oil to the Vesta Pot and heat to approx. 140°C.
- Slowly fry the tofu until it is golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve with soy sauce.
