🍚 Pandan coconut rice with mango
Preparation:
- Soak 200 g of sticky rice in water and then steam it.
- Mix 200 ml coconut milk with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon pandan extract and heat gently.
- Mix the steamed rice with the coconut milk mixture and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- Serve with fresh mango.
🥤 Refreshing pandan iced tea
Preparation:
- Boil 1 liter of water and let 3 tea bags of green tea steep for 5 minutes.
- Stir in 1 teaspoon pandan extract and 2 tablespoons honey.
- Allow to cool, add ice cubes and lemon slices.
