🍛 Massamun curry with chicken, potatoes and peanuts
Ingredients: 400 g chicken, 2 potatoes, 1 can of coconut milk, 2 tbsp PANTAI massamun curry paste, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tsp palm sugar, 50 g peanuts.
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken into pieces, peel and dice the potatoes.
- Fry the curry paste in a pan with a little oil until fragrant.
- Add coconut milk and mix well.
- Add chicken and potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Refine with fish sauce, palm sugar and peanuts and serve.
🥣 Aromatic massamun curry vegetable soup
Ingredients: 1 carrot, 1 pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 can of coconut milk, 2 tbsp PANTAI massamun curry paste, 500 ml vegetable broth, 1 tbsp soy sauce.
Preparation:
- Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- Fry the curry paste in a pot with a little oil.
- Add coconut milk and vegetable broth and mix well.
