🥄 Indian lamb curry with mango pickle
Preparation:
- Cut 500 g lamb into cubes and marinate with yogurt, garlic, ginger and 1 tbsp mango pickle (at least 2 hours).
- Fry onions in a pan, add marinated meat and fry all over.
- Deglaze with pureed tomatoes and a little water and simmer for 40 minutes.
- Serve with fresh coriander – basmati rice or naan goes well with it.

Preparation:
