PATCHUN Sweetened Vinegar Sauce 600ML is a traditional Hong Kong sweet and sour sauce made from fermented rice vinegar, sugar and a carefully selected blend of spices such as cinnamon, cloves, Sichuan pepper, dried mandarin peel, licorice and star anise.
