- Stir in about 2-3 drops of PANTAI Durian Flavor (depending on the desired intensity).
- Allow to cool, pour into ice cream maker or freeze, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with fresh fruit or coconut flakes.
🍰 Asian durian cake
Preparation:
- Prepare dough from eggs, flour, sugar, vegetable oil and baking powder.
- Stir in 3-5 drops of durian flavor before baking.
- Bake at 170°C for about 35 minutes.
- Refine with coconut glaze if desired.
🥤 Durian milkshake
Preparation:
- Put 250 ml of plant milk with ice cubes and 1 teaspoon of sugar in the blender.
