Preparation:
- Cut 200g beef into fine strips and marinate with soy sauce, a little PRB oyster sauce and garlic.
- Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch briefly.
- Fry the beef in a pan and add the broccoli.
- Season with 2 tablespoons of PRB oyster sauce and a dash of water and simmer briefly.
- Serve with rice.
🍜 Fried noodles with vegetables and oyster sauce
Preparation:
- Cook 200g Asian egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Cut vegetables of your choice (e.g. peppers, carrots, leeks) into strips and fry them in a little oil.
- Add cooked pasta and season with 2-3 tbsp PRB oyster sauce.
- Mix well and serve. Optionally garnish with sesame seeds or spring onions.
