The RICEFIELD Sushi Rice Round Grain Japonica is a high-quality short-grain rice from Vietnam, which is ideal for preparing sushi, rice balls, bibimbap or kimbap thanks to its slightly sticky, yet robust consistency. With its mild, neutral and slightly sweet aroma, it absorbs spices excellently and goes perfectly as a side dish with meat, fish or vegetable dishes.

👨‍🍳 Preparation & consumption recommendations

1. Wash rice thoroughly.
2. Bring to the boil with approx. 1.25 times the amount of water and a little salt.
3. Simmer with the lid closed for about 20 minutes.
4. Then remove from the heat and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

  4. Roll, press lightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
