👨🍳 Preparation & consumption recommendations
1. Fry 900g meat or shrimp, 900g onions, 250g carrots and 300g potatoes in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large pan for about 5 minutes.
2. Add 1200ml water, bring to the boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Turn off the heat, break the curry mix into pieces, stir in and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Serve with rice or noodles.
