SHUITA Black Vinegar aged 3 years 500ML is a traditionally made vinegar from the Shanxi province of China that has been naturally aged for over three years. The complex fermentation of sorghum, peas and barley creates a particularly soft, balanced sweet and sour taste with a slightly smoky note and a long aftertaste. Ideal for marinades, dips, dressings, cold dishes and stir-fries.
