Produced through natural fermentation and aged for over five years, this vinegar develops a mildly sour, slightly sweet and umami-rich taste with a smoky note. Preparation:
- Fry vegetables of your choice in a wok with oil.
- Deglaze with 1-2 teaspoons of SHUITA vinegar and season with soy sauce, garlic and sesame.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
🍖 Marinade for meat or tofu
Preparation:
- Mix 2 tbsp SHUITA vinegar with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp sesame oil.
- Marinate meat or tofu in it for at least 30 minutes.
