SHUITA Black Vinegar Aged 5 Years 500ML is a traditional aging vinegar from the Chinese province of Shanxi. Produced through natural fermentation and aged for over five years, this vinegar develops a mildly sour, slightly sweet and umami-rich taste with a smoky note. Its full-bodied depth and mild acidity make it the ideal seasoning for dips, marinades and Asian stir-fries. Preparation:

  1. Fry vegetables of your choice in a wok with oil.
  2. Deglaze with 1-2 teaspoons of SHUITA vinegar and season with soy sauce, garlic and sesame.

🍖 Marinade for meat or tofu

Preparation:

  1. Mix 2 tbsp SHUITA vinegar with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp sesame oil.
  2. Marinate meat or tofu in it for at least 30 minutes.
