Ingredients: 250 g cooked chickpeas, 2 tablespoons tahini, 1 garlic clove, juice of one lemon, 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt, water as needed.

Preparation:

  1. Place chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a blender.
  2. Add olive oil and puree everything until fine.
  3. Add water as desired until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Garnish with paprika powder and olive oil and serve.

🍛 Chana masala with basmati rice

Ingredients: 300 g cooked chickpeas, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin, ginger, garlic, salt, oil.

Preparation:

  1. Fry onion, garlic and ginger in oil.
  2. Add tomatoes and spices and simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Add the chickpeas and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with basmati rice.

🔥 Roasted chickpeas as a snack

Ingredients: 200 g cooked chickpeas, 1 tablespoon olive oil, paprika, salt, cumin.

Preparation:

  1. Dry the chickpeas well.
  2. Mix with oil and spices.
  3. Roast in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool and enjoy crispy.
