🥣 Classic hummus

Preparation:

  1. Rinse and drain a can of TRS chickpeas.
  2. Place in a blender with 2 tablespoons of tahini, 1-2 cloves of garlic, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little salt.
  3. Puree finely and stir with water to make it creamier if necessary.
  4. Serve with paprika powder and a drizzle of olive oil.

🍛 Chana Masala (Indian chickpea curry)

Preparation:

  1. Fry onions, garlic and ginger in oil.
  2. Add spices such as cumin, coriander, garam masala and turmeric.
  3. Add a can of chopped tomatoes and the TRS chickpeas and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or naan.

🥗 Fresh chickpea salad with lemon dressing

Preparation:

  1. Rinse TRS chickpeas and mix with diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and parsley.
  2. For the dressing: Mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and a little cumin.
