- Knead 100 g VINH THUAN tapioca starch with 80 ml hot water into a dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions, flatten them and fill them with fried shrimp and pork.
- Shape the filled dough pieces into half moons and seal well.
- Steam for 15 minutes, then serve with fish sauce.
🧁 Gluten-free coconut muffins
Preparation:
- Mix 150 g tapioca starch, 50 g coconut flour, 100 ml plant milk, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsp agave syrup.
- Fill into muffin cups and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes and let cool.
